Welcome to The Grapevine House

Our house is equipped with all the essentials for student living and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community for our residents. We believe that living in a shared space can enhance your college experience and we are dedicated to making that a reality for our residents. The house is single level with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in a residential environment. We are looking for responsible, self-sufficient, non drug-using students. Two rooms are already rented, but we have 3 more available for August. There is an indoor cat who will be living there, so students looking to rent must be non-allergenic and cat-friendly. Utilities and wifi are all included. There will be a TV included in the living room. If students have their own gaming consoles, those can be hooked up to it. Transportation via bikes and ride sharing can be provided along with weekly grocery trips if needed. House activities such as pizza nights and deck hangouts will be hosted occasionally. Small pets such as rodents, fish, and reptiles are allowed. Please keep the cat part in mind though, he is fascinated with other animals.
