Welcome to The Grapevine House
Our house is equipped with all the essentials for student living and we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive community for our residents. We believe that living in a shared space can enhance your college experience and we are dedicated to making that a reality for our residents. The house is single level with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in a residential environment. We are looking for responsible, self-sufficient, non drug-using students. Three rooms are already rented, but two will be available in August, 2026. There is an indoor cat who will be living there, so students looking to rent must be non-allergenic and cat-friendly. There will be a TV included in the living room, so if students have their own gaming consoles, those can be hooked up to it. House activities such as communal pizza/dinner nights will be hosted monthly. Small pets such as rodents, fish, and reptiles are allowed. Please keep in mind though that the cat is fascinated with other animals.
There will be a room rental, yearly leasing contract along with house rules that will need to be signed by both full-time student and employed parent/guardian. Direct deposit is required, all utilities, high-speed WiFi, and a house security system are included. For the yearly lease, small rooms are $1,200 per month, and large rooms are rooms are $1,300 per month. We hope to be in contact with you soon!
